Payment is made in all cases officially to the bank account of the Law Office.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the current procedural legislation of Ukraine
provides for the recovery from the opponent (defendant or plaintiff) of legal costs, which include
the costs of paying a lawyer's fee (the amount of compensation is determined directly by the court
if the case wins, as a rule, when a court decision is made).
A fixed part of the fee is paid when concluding a contract with a lawyer. Payment for attending
sessions - no later than 3 days before the next court session.
